CK - Making a Holotape

I'm trying to make a custom holotape with a sound.

Nothing I'm doing is working. I've been testing it with sounds/voices from the actual game (just picking ones at random) and none of them work.

 

Interestingly, the holotape sounds themselves will work when making a new holotape, but non-holotape sounds will not work.

If anyone is able to shed some light here, it'd be greatly appreciated. Something that seems so simple should NOT be this difficult!
