cosmat Posted May 1, 2016 Share Posted May 1, 2016 I think part of the issue is that raiders and gunners basically invariably attack you on sight for simply existing within line of sight. And that aside from unreasonably going full aggro on everything around them, they don't seem to do much else, except to wait around for you to show up and blast them apart. I've seen certain instances where i think it was a group of Gunners didnt attack me right away, but they actually warned me off. They said to stop right there and if i got any closer they would shoot. It might have been tied to a location, but i cant remember where...possibly the Gunner base right around the corner from Goodneighbor? And also there is the one BOS Paladin that you have to go rescue in the northern Bunker. He has a "dont come any closer or i'll shoot" mechanic written into his AI. I dont know if thats also tied into ignoring his dialogue though. So its in game already, but i just wouldnt know about how hard it would be to adapt that behavior into a mod like the OP wanted.
