CTD at specific location

Been playing oblivion again ever since the steam sales and decided to try modding it this time. BOSS tells me I have about 160 mods so i guess you could say its heavily modded, but most of those are weapon and armour mods. Anyways recently started the "Mazoga the Orc" quest in leyawin, and am at the stage that requires you to travel to fishermans rock but not matter what direction i go from, the game crashes to desktop when i try to reach that specific area. I tried loading up a different save file with a different character that does not have the quest, but still i crashed.

 

I had been running a mod called HentaiMania 2 that had a castle floating in the sky near that area. At first i thought it was this causing the problem but managed to get inside, talk to some npcs, but the problem persisted so I uninstalled it. But I still CTD

 

Tried reinstalling patches and anything to do with landscape modding in a particular order but still CTD. Used TES4LOD (i think thats the name) which decreased my stutter, but I still CTD at that speicific area. I think I have tried everything short of reinstalling oblivion. Any suggestions?

UPDATE: After using "Windom Earle_s Oblivion Crash Prevention System" i was able to explore the area that I keep crashing at. I made sure not to save as I read that saves can be corrupted when oblivion isnt allowed to crash. I found checked its log and this was the result:

Searched the area in game and found that there are some npcs relating to the Jaysus Blades mod that are erroneosly dead and seem the be the cause. Think I have found my problem now so no more help needed.
