[MOD Request] Improved food tooltips (and maybe more).

Hello!

 

I've been confused for quite a long time now about the food tooltips. It's really unclear and everything I need to think how exactly it works. For example:

 

Water:

 

50 Vitality Regeneration

50 Vitality Regeneration during combat

10 s Effect duration

 

So, does that mean I heal 50 Vitality distributed over 10 seconds or is it I heal 50 vitality every second for 10 seconds? If you read it logically and your not looking at what game your playing you will choice the first one because of multiple reasons. It doesn't say "50 Vitality Regeneration per sec" and also that it says "Effect duration". Which makes me believe this effect will last 10 seconds and that it heals 50 in the process.

 

On the other hand there are multiple things that make you think different. One of them being that bread would be better otherwise. You heal 50 vitality in 5 sec. Which is shorter. Bread is less expensive than water so that wouldn't make sense. So it would be 50 vitality per sec instead of in total. It would also be a thing that 50 vitality isn't that much in the Witcher 3. In the end of the day I feel confused whenever I look at these tooltips for food. A lot of the tooltip work is wrong anyway. One issue I also noticed is when I want to buy an armor diagram from an trader I have no clue what type of armor it is. It could be light, medium or heavy! Wouldn't know until I bought it.

 

So my request for a mod would be: A mod that makes the tooltips more easy to understand when you buy something. Diagram, food, weapons or armor, you know exactly what to expect and what you're buying. Food tooltip changes would already make me really happy. I tried looking for a mod on nexusmods that does that. Looked for general things like: "food", "tooltips" and such. Didn't know what I should be looking for specifically. I didn't find anything and some mods are named odd from time to time.
