lanceuppercut47
i read somewhere that there was going to be a option to limit characters to level 30 (i am thinking level 50 is a bit too powerful once all the DLC is in place unless the enemies also scale to player level). any idea what this entails? will it be a trait (hope not), a perk (ditto) or an option like switching hardcore mode on/off or an option in the options menu? i really hope there will be some advantage to offset the 20 levels you're not going to be able to get to later (like +1 to all SPECIAL or +5 to all skills across the board at the start), i don't consider getting free items like the preorder dlc items an advantage if i'm missing out on 20 levels and 10 perks! ;)
SystemVII
the only reason i think it could be a trait for is to make it like fallout 3 and get perks every level instead of every other. that is my only speculation on this idea of it being a trait
Gishank
Enemies scale as the player levels. Yo've seriously not noticed this before? :P
