NMM Mods no longer work with creation kit update

I'm having the same problem with the 1.5.157.00 patch that came out today. I'm using the latest NMM, I got the message to disable and re-enable all my mods. I have done so, and checked the plugins.txt file to make sure it was formatted correctly and contained all the correct data. But, when I start Fallout 4 and try to load my game, it claims my mods are missing.

Furthermore, I don't see any way to log in to Bethesda.net, and I don't have any Mod menu in-game.

The latest Steam patch ending in 157 from what I can tell from what Steam posted today is not a BETA patch and has gone "public" that means that your game will update regardless of whether you opted out of all the BETAS like I did and it will turn off all of your installed NMM Mods I think it's because it's not going through the "Workshop Framework" that will be created for Mod authors to be able to submit their creations through Steam pretty much like they did for Skyrim. it remains to be seen if there will be a workaround from the Nexus Mod Author's Community and NMM if they will be able to circumvent this or not. Suffice it to say I'm more than miffed about this. I'm at level 116 and have logged 669 hours since the release of the game and I had 67 with 97 plug-ins running perfectly and today when I fired up the game I got the same problems everybody else is experiencing. I'm already super pissed at what Bethesda did to the Elder Scrolls frnachise when they released SEO so this is just another reason for me to not support or buy anymore games from Bethesda.

Yes, I've enabled them all, disabled them all, then re-enabled them all multiple times. The mods are all listed there in my plugins.txt file with asterisks before them. It seems like the game isn't even reading the file.

Huh... Well, the Mods menu finally appeared on my last try. So, that's something, I guess.

Okay, I figured it out, sort of. The only way for me to get the Mod menu to appear in-game is to go into NMM and click the button to disable all active plugins. They all have to be disabled. Only then will the "Mods" menu appear in the game. You then have to press T to change your load order, and enable your mods one by one. Then you can load your game and play with mods.

Once you get them all enabled, export them with NMM as a text file but don't start FO4. Then restart NMM and import the file with your load order and it should work. Also, if you use LOOT and need to check your load order, then do so after you have exported the text file but before you restart NMM and import the file. If you use LOOT after you restart and import it will disable all of your plugins. This is what finally worked for me.

I also made a Bethesda account, but I did that after I got everything going.

So tired of this baloney...Bethesda do games,Nexus do mods..both brilliant at what they do yet the lines of communication always seem blurred.I sometimes think that Beth are purposefully hindering towards Nexus

and it's communtiy.

Took me hours and hours getting the 1.4 build right with 100+ mods and now,as usual, another version rolls in

and renders it all moot...can't load any save up at all...oh so peeved...:((
