You've tried regenerating your Oblivion.ini and checking your in-game and in INI audio settings? How did you go about reinstalling the game? --Tomlong54210I've literally tried everyone of your suggestions. I uninstalled it and deleted every trace of oblivion because i wanted to start fresh. I really wonder what this is caused by. I linked the other case of this problem, but there wasn't a real solution.
