mesh issue

Somewhere along the line, one of my mods completely screwed up my game. Even with no mods activated, the problem is still there. When talking with any race other than orc, khajiit or argonian, the camera zooms to their chest instead of their face. It even applies in the create character screen.

I'm running FCOM convergence with all the related mods (Francesco's, WarCry, OOO and MMM) exnems eye candy, roberts body mod with BP, and a bunch of mods that wouldn't cause mesh issues.

Any help would be appreciated, I can't create non-beast characters, and it is really annoying to always focus on a person's chest.
