And its only in the Boston city limits once i'm out it doesn't happen. I have removed all of my mods to see if it would fix it but it doesn't any help would be appreciated. Update: I coc'ed to Spectacle Island and I can now use my Pip Boy properly. Seems to definitely be associated with that general Mechanist area and its surroundings.
