Mini map window low res fix

Hi,

 

I was wondering if someone would be able make a fix for the

window low resolution gamepad bug. The pointer is stuck

at the top of map when setting window to lowest resolution

while using gamepad. This has been an issue since fallout 3.

 

The reason for this setting would be for more frame rate on

potato pc.
