devinpatterson Posted May 30, 2016 Share Posted May 30, 2016 Part of it could just be a re-textured (black) fatigues and harness. Boots are pretty easy. Looks like there's some sort of light ballistic vest...I'm not sure what asset that could be easily barrowed from. It's much smaller and more subtle than the DC guard armor.
