Player Home Idea! (Request)

Hello everyone i am dreadful with the CK So i was hoping someone way more talented could do this

I Have an idea for a player Home the player home being

 

The Yangzte Submarine

 

Just Strip it clean it up Remove the junk/bodies/Rust Snap down a workbench and id be happy with just that!

 

I Think itd look great right outside of Salem in the Water

 

Bonus you could make it Obtainable by a clear Fill it with non respawning Feral Ghouls You own it once there all dead

 

And if you are really good and want to go all out!!!

Theres a mod for fallout new vegas its a house i cant remember the name and the site is down atm but its rated one of the top homes it adds a bunker to the state park across from bonnie springs

inside your bunker you have all sorts of stuff including a nuclear reactor that gives power to the bunker itself you can buy isotope for the reactor to power the lights/doors inside from the crimson caravan

 

In this case the Nuclear Reactor in the Yangzte can be flagged to do the same! how awesome would that be? For the Nuclear reactor of the sub to be used as a power source for everything in the sub doors lights etc.

 

And either the caravan in Bunker Hill could sell the "Fuel" or it can be spawned in Logical places.. you know w/e maybe clean up some textures if needed?
