Piper to Anastasia Baranova face replacement request

Hey,

 

I was wondering if anyone could make an Anastasia Baranova (link to google images) face replacement for Piper, because my facial re-constructive skills aren't so good. I made her look like a potato essentially, and I think somebody else could make me one and it would look 100x better compared to what I had made. I'll take any format that I can swap her face for, whether it is a savegame, esp/esm file, i don't care as long as I can use it to swap her face.
