OBGE Shaders not loading

I can't seem to figure out how to get these shaders working again. Research has done me no good, so I'm relying on you guys now..

 

I downloaded all the newer V3 files and all that and I installed all of them into the data folder. Then i deleted the old OBGE support plugin from my mods. I created a Shaderlist.txt and listed the shaders i wanted. I know they're spelled correctly.

I heard that the order for the shaders in your Shaderlist.txt matters, so can someone provide me with an up to date order list? That could be the problem..

Also, in my OBGE.ini.. I set "bUseShaderList=1".

This may be a problem, though i'm not sure. For the "sShaderListFile" row.. should i put "Data\Shaders\Shaderlist.txt" or should i put the full location on my computer?

 

Here's what my shaderlist.txt looks like right now:
