If you have any mods installed and try to run the 1.3 patch it will throw an error stating the the game is invalid or incomplete . So you need to uninstall all mods and then run the 1.3 patch and then reinstall the mods. EDIT : confirmed that the Triss Nude Patch WORKS with patch 1.3Strangely enough, I've a few mods running, I manually downloaded the patch, extracted it to a folder that contains all my mods and patches, hit the EXE and it patched the game without any problems.
