Problem whit the Form ID... Please Help!

My problem is the (FORM ID)

 

 

I use for example two random mod

 

 

1) The first work whit my trick (Command Line in game) (1D000ADD)

2) The second don't work (and some other don't work...) (27000ADF)

you can see... (error and the object don't appear but the FORM ID is correct)

Whi this happen...?

 

 

Does anyone have a solution? or another way to find the (TRUE FORM ID) of the object..
