I just completed the quest where you have to get rid of the Staff of the Everscamp, and as soon as I got rid of the staff, it seemed like I was moving "too quickly" indoors. At first I thought it was just because the staff was supposed to slow me down (the quest-giver said that the staff slows its bearer down) and that I just SEEMED fast by comparison... but it still seemed odd to me even after a few minutes. In order to see if things were actually moving faster indoors, or if I was just hallucinating because I was moving inside a small, enclosed space and it just SEEMED faster, I timed how fast it took my fatigue bar to fully regenerate after being emptied, both indoors and out. Indoors, the fatigue finishes fully regenerating a few seconds faster than outdoors. (It's hard to time it precisely, but after a few tests, indoor regeneration was apparently at a faster pace). Unless fatigue regenerates faster indoors than out by default, which I don't think it is supposed to... yeah. I also counted how many casts of a heal spell I could get off within 30 seconds both indoors and outdoors... indoors was 19, outdoors was 16. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? I haven't heard of this glitch before, but it might have been fixed by the unofficial official patches. Have you at least applied the latest official patch? Yes, I am using mods, but aside from the unofficial oblivion patch and the things that come with it, the only mod I am using is a custom race mod.
