redneck1st
Ok folks got some questions here and I'm hoping some of you can clear them up for me. 1. What is Adrenline used for and is that they grey bar just above the red health bar? As I've seen nothing for which talks about adrenaline or how it is increased or the use of it. 2. I've got several Mutagens for which can be used on various Talents. Now are these mutagengs Permanent like the upgrades for swords and armor or are they temporary? By temporary meaning that they only last for a certain amount of time like that of potions. Can the mutagens be placed on any talent for which has the little circle next to. Or does a specific mutagen have to be placed on a certain talent. I.e. In the Training path there is a talent for which has Fortitude which upon adding a 2nd talent point to it gives you a +1 to vigor and a +10% to vigor regen can I add say a greater Vitality Mutagen which gives a +10 to vitality or do can I only add the mutagens to their proper counter parts? Another words the Vitality mutagen to a Talent that gives vitality. Thanks for the help
Hydr0gen
1. Hey I was also wondering that - maybe it's just a glitch, I dont know. However, adrenaline will be another bar, you will see it once you open the special ability of any of the skill trees. 2. Mutagens can be overmutated (meaning you will lose the old one) by another mutagen, possibly more powerful but I am not 100% sure about that. You can put any mutagen to any mutagen slot. tommy5761
The gray or smaller white bar (directly above the health bar) is how far you need to go to the next level up Adrenaline is used for finisher and group finisher moves , so when the bar gets full just press the X key and you will get QTE finishers . Not sure about the overwriting of mutagens in the skill tree will try to overwrite and let you know .
ferghanmhor
I have been unable to overwrite Mutagens already placed, this may be because I have only ever placed greater mutagens, the highest you get. It may be you can upgrade to greatest I have never tried that but it would appear you cannot change a mutagen from say range to power or strength so chose carefully. tommy5761
I have tried changing mutagens as well and from what i`ve learned is that when you mutate an ability with a mutagen of any form it`s permanent...no changing it once a mutagen has been applied . Hope this helps .
