Creating Custom Followers - Follower Scripts Help

Hey there, currently working on a new follower for Fallout 4 and I could do with some assistance transferring my skills from Skyrim CK to the new version. When creating dialogue with a companion in Skyrim, I could run the scripts so that they would start/stop following and do other things but I'm not sure what they are now called/how to use them in Fallout 4.

 

For example in Skyrim I could create a Papyrus fragment property pDialogueFollower and then contain (pDialogueFollower as DialogueFollowerScript).SetFollower(akspeaker) in order for the follower to join me. Unfortunately doing the same in FO4 causes it to fail to compile, guessing names/scripting has changed.

 

Any help would be much appreciated :)
