I've built some weapon meshes with Blender v. 2.44, exported them into .nif-format (blender nif-script 2.0.2) and put them with the CS into oblivion. I placed theminto a container and i am able to took them and fight with them.

But when I drop the weapons they flie into the air and don't fall down. Also i can't pick them up again (the cursor doesn't change into the grab-modus)

How can I Fix this bug? must I add some physic data to the mesh or something like this?

It needs collision to be effected by gravity and such. Blender either can't let you make collision, or can't support it (don't remember). I think 3ds Max can, and you can always use an existing collision from an item included within the game's .bsa archives.

None of the exporters allow weapons or shields to export how the game actually needs them. While you can technically do it in 3dsmax, the collision model doesn't always work right, and it is still missing some of the header stuff which weapons need to work properly. Your best option is to just implant the nitristrips of your weapon mesh into an existing weapon mesh of the same type, then adjust the collision objects to approximate your mesh. You can adjust the havok materials there as well, but in most cases it isn't needed.
