lexablackbird
I had all kinds of trouble getting my mods to load after the patch. They looked like they were loaded in NMM, but when I started the game, it would complain about missing esms. I don't know the exact cause, but I found a messy workaround that works for me. After trying to load a game and getting those errors, I click the update button in NMM, which re-downloads the latest version of it. Normally, it would tell you NMM is already up to date, but after getting this error, the update button would re-download and start the installation process to update my already-up-to-date NMM. Then, when I run NMM again, I see none of my plugins are check-marked, so I check all 130-or-so of them, and then the game runs and finds the mods. Trouble is, every time I add or delete a mod, I have to go through this all over again, it seems. UPDATE - looks like I actually have two different versions of NMM installed - 0.61.13. and 0.61.20 - and the earlier version was the problem. My shortcut was still pointing to it; whenever I ran the update, though, it would load the new version. D'oh! TL;DR version - make sure you have the latest version of NMM running, and it may help Edited April 30, 2016 by levitator36
