divyanthj
I understand, fallout is all about post apocalyptic showdown. But some things never change, as long as people exist. "War never changes" is one thing the FO guys try to preach but there's one more important thing the designers as well as the modding community seems to have forgotten. That is "Men love some cleanliness". What's with fallen tables and chairs, bits of paper strewn around and cigarettes? If you enter the Vikki and Vance casino, you'll find a whole lot of "Primm residents" walking around with their weapons in their hands. If they have really been in Primm for a while, how come they never turned that beautiful Casino into something worthwhile...like a restaurant, a bar or a casino itself? It's unrealistic seeing all those slot machines broken down, tables upturned, chairs put out of place and glass pieces strewn around. Why didn't any one touch these things? Why didn't anyone re-arrange those chairs? Where did all that paper come from? Are they all radioactive? I'd REALLY REALLY appreciate it if someone created a mod, or at least pointed me in the right direction to fix these ridiculous errors. Places that could use fixing:--Vikki and Vance Casino-Goodsprings houses-NCRCF prison-...and other places where there are lots of people. Cleanliness can vary depending on the type of crowd. For example, an area with NCR troops could be spic and span, whereas an area with fiends could be a total mess. Also, an area containing women NPCs could be cleaner and tidier (sorry about stereotyping, if any :) ). Even in a post apocalyptic world, not everything is a total mess as long as some sentient life exists.
