Repeatable CTD issue

[Vol08]

I've been having some major trouble with figuring out why I am constantly getting CTDs during the 'Clear concord of hostiles' objective during this particular quest.

 

Sometimes it will CTD on the roof right after I pickup the mini-gun from the crashed vertbird; other times it will let me fight the raiders before CTDing suddenly without warning, and, very rarely, it will let me get to the deathclaw phase of the fight before CTDing.

 

It's driving me insane at this point as I try to figure out what is causing it.

 

I'd just like to add that I occasionally CTD around the same area in the interior of red rocket by the terminal in the back (without having touched the workshop, I want to add.)

Just to add, I am playing on survival mode as well.

It's a survival mode issue, as I'm having it as well. It always CTD as the Deathclaw is spawning
