More info : Ok, So it was a female npc who had a pack brahmin and a mattress at their fast travel locations. You could approach them and they'd take you to a list of places (Rivet/Megaton/Tenpenny/Canterbury/etc...) It cost a few caps (100 I believe) and than it'd fast travel there even if you hadn't discovered it... I've been at this an hour and a half and I can't find it!!!!!
