Request: Bulbs need wires

Hey, could someone pls make a mod so bulbs need wires? Or maybe even : Everything needs wires?

I hate it that I can't switch my bulbs on and off just because outside of my house is a power pylon and it doesn't feel right to change my building placement just because bulbs think they gain electricity over air through walls... please, I would be so glad about it! :3
