Problem After update

Hi i need help with a very strange bug that came about after i updated my game, to be blunt it's quite annoying. Here's a couple of links to 2 videos i recorded one in honest hearts to show i am updated and one in normal new vegas.

And if you didn't see the glitch in the videos, when i shoot anything (yea anything) and dismember a body part it shoots whats seems like grenades everywhere and it's sorta a game breaker to me.
