[Request] Nudier version of female raider leathers

So you know how the vanilla male version of the raider leathers has a scarf and arm wraps and an open chest? How hard would it be to make the female version the same? I really like the raider aesthetic, but I wanna see some boobies while I'm killing things and talking to people and I feel like the topless harness mods just show too much skin.

 

Seriously though, how hard would it be to make this mod? If someone else doesn't make it I might end up learning how to mod just so I can :P
