M&B1 Bank Mod from older Floris

So I tried to install bank from floris from this:

For some reason it doesn't work. Could someone please explain how exactly can I do it? Because I think that I'm just putting those codes in the wrong places (especially the "after visit the tavern entry").

Maybe there is a video out there, explaining how to install it, but I couldn't find it.

 

EDIT: I'm trying to add this to the newest Floris (2.54). Is it even possible?
