losing boxes in plugin window

Hello all,

 

I am not sure if this is a bug or something I have done or undone in NMM. The newest update of course deactivated all my plugins. I went to the plug in menu and the individual check boxes have vanished. I can only use the activate all or disable all options. THis is going to cause me a problem as I have at least one mod that has three optional plugins that do not work together.

 

Is there something I have done wrong here or is this something going on with the new version?
