Help getting my mod list working?

Hi, I'm currently getting used to using FO3Edit, and thus far have been unable to find which ever conflict is causing my game to crash 3-6 seconds after start-up. Part of my difficulty comes from having around 200 mods, although a lot of them are just single weapon or armor mods. I'll put the list below (IDK how to set up expandable text boxes within posts, so I apologize in advance). When I apply a conflict detection filter or create a merged patch, I get an error saying that the player npc contains an unexpected or out of order subrecord KFFZ 5A46464B, but when I jump to the player formID the KFFZ subrecord is not visible. It is supposed to be between the CNAM and AIDT subrecords, but the only thing between them is "Packages" in grey text/green background with no sub directories. And when I load my merged patch along with all my other mods and then apply a conflict filter, the player formID isn't even listed, although the error still pops up. Is there any way to fix this other than switching off all my mods and going through them one by one until I find the one that's crashing the game? As an additional question, what's the difference between a conflict and a critical conflict?

Start by shutting down EVE, had too many problems making it play nice, including errors that I couldn't look at to correct, would lock up FO3edit. Next, I've seen somewhere around here that WMKAA12Shotgun.esp also conflicts with some mods - can't remember which, but try shutting that one off for now. If I read to FO3Edit guide book correctly a critical conflict is one that can cause a CTD, a conflict isn't quite as bad - depends on text coloring orange, green, purple, black, good or managable. Red on red - definite CTD (hence critical conflict). I've been going 1 mod at a time trying to updated my bashed patch to take care of any conflicts as they come up. At times it seems like I fix one part of a mod within my patch only two undo it a couple of spaces down.
