item dropping (like in morrowind)

I have searched the site for a while and decided just to come here and ask.

Is there a mod that lets you drop items from your inventory on certain spots like in morrowind where you could pick up the item and drop it on say like a table.

Is there a mod that lets you drop items from your inventory on certain spots like in morrowind where you could pick up the item and drop it on say like a table.

That is what the z key is for, will let you move items around, and place them how you want. However you should probably avoid doing this since if that cell is cleared from memory (by not visiting it, or being anywhere near after several days, and instead having many other cells loaded in the meantime (like arranging stuff, then heading off to start and finish all the SI stuff without ever going back)) you will lose anything that isn't stored in a container.
