I used LOOT on my New Vegas LO and now my game CTD's I try to load any of my saves. Tell me if anything seems weird.

Did LOOT report any errors like "missing masters" or things that needed "cleaning"?

 

Did you run FNVLODGen after LOOT? The LOD quad files it generates are very dependent upon the LO.

 

I notice you do not have a "Wrye Flash" Bashed Patch or manually created "merged patch" file. You need one or the other to deal with remaining conflicts. See this article, which covers both options.
