Crashing when leaving Slash 'n Smash with OOO 1.33 Lite

Hey guys.. I've been having a really irritating issue after installing OOO-Lite 1.33 as an omod in OBMM. I'm using Oblivion 1.2.0416 with DLC Shivering Isles.

 

My mod order is as follows:

1. Oblivion.esm
   
2. Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esm
   
3. Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp
   
4. DLCShiveringIsles.esp
   
5. Living Economy.esp
   
6. Living Economy - Items.esp
   
7. Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esp
   
8. OOO-BirthSigns.esp
   
9. OOO-Deadly_Combat.esp
   
10. OOO-Magic_Effects+Enchantments.esp
    
11. OOO-Magic_Effects+Spells.esp
    
12. OOO-Potions.esp
    

 

I've gone through the game fine.. came out of the beginning sewers and went over to the first dungeon across the water - Completed it and got some Elven and Dwarven-type items that were worth a lot. I then went over to town, my first stop being "Slash 'n' Smash" shop with the Orc inside of it. I open up shop with him, sell off my excess items and get to about 1,000 Gold. I then attempt to leave the shop and every time it crashes my game, if I try to start the game and load the autosave it says that my save file is corrupt.

 

Any ideas as to why? I've been dealing with this for too long... lol, I really want to play OOO :)

I actually fixed it by running Oblivion in Windows XP SP2 compatibility mode, I'm using Windows 7 64-bit.. Odd. Just a tip to anyone having the same problem maybe try that?
