xTheBloodyRose
I've installed the 'More Hairstyles' mod on my PC last night and it's the only mod I've installed into the game. I installed it through DA Modder and found that it was a success as all of the new hairstyles appeared on my character creation screen. However, my character's eye color is stuck at a dark brown/black shade and no matter where I move the slider the color will not change. Not only if my character affected but so is every single NPC in the game. I've already un-installed the mod through DA Modder and found that the new hairstyles disappeared but the eye color amazingly did not. Next I even went as far as deleting both my original 'More Hairstyles' file and DA Modder but still nothing was fixed. As a last resort I completely un-installed the game and re-installed it but I am still facing the same exact problem. Please, how do I fix this issue? ell46
Where the eyes black before you installed the mod? Have you tried adjusting the texture and or graphics detail in Options? If those don't fix the problem it could be your graphics card. You could try doing a search of the forms for 'black eyes'. I had this problem when I first bought the game and it was the graphics card wasn't good enough.

The settings for the graphics were set at 'low', I bumped it right up to 'medium' and everyone's eye color came right back. Now I can see my Warden's pretty blue eyes :) So I'm assuming it's safe to re-install the mod as long as my graphics are set at medium to high? I'm running a Radeon HD 4200 graphics card which is higher than the recommended Radeon HD 3850 for both Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age 2.
