I have to start skyrim from the installation folder. Please take a look.

So this may sound dumb because i dont know much about computers, i got skyrim from a friend, but i had to re-download windows 10 to my computer to get it up and working again, most files were deleted but skyrim wasnt deleted after the format. I found the files to it but the only way i can play skyrim is by going to the installation file and clicking on TESV.exe or SkyrimLauncher.exe . This also makes it very hard to manage mods.

It's not from steam. I think its 3rd party, but eveything was fine and smooth until i redownloaded windows 10, and yes i use NMM

Well there's your problem right there. Go spend the 20 bucks and buy yourself a legit copy.
