steamtacular
So they noticed huge bugs in the US release and stalled the international one huh? This amuses me.
vometia
Apparently there was a decision by Bethesda's sales team that the worldwide Steam release would be delayed to coincide with Sony's PS3 release date. I guess I don't really need to add any expletives.
Deleted1744345User
I downloaded OWB this morning and had the problem of the UI not loading at startup. Tried several times without success, but I decided just to load the base game with only the DLC's and it worked. I exited the game and loaded up all of my mods and it actually worked. Then I loaded my save game which was very far into the main quest and that worked too. I have yet to see if there are any serious bugs with the DLC itself, but so far everything is working and I hope it stays that way. Sandormen
I am sooo sceptical about DL'ing OWB at the moment. I am almost relieved that I am not able to do it yet.I say let the bugridden, savegame-corruptioning edition take its toll in the US first, before we europeans can get our mittens on it, the revised version i.e..

I've played OWB for the past 3 hours without a single crash and no savegame corruption. Of course, it might depend on what mods one uses, but I am using very few mods compared to what others have. So, OWB is totally worth downloading ASAP.
ccronin
I can confirm that, for me at least, it runs great, and is so far quite excellent. I will say though that Guns really get the shaft in favor of Energy and Melee Weapons.

jerriecan
Downloaded this yesterday and the only problems I've had were a bit of color flickering strangeness (which vanished after shutting down and reloading), and a few crashes which may have been mod-related. Nothing game-breaking, IMO. And it's a hell of a lot more fun than Dead Money or Honest Hearts. Definitely an energy weapon-heavy setting, though - and .357 Magnum. LOTS of .357 Magnum.
