KG Tools will not work and this is stopping me from making my first mod

As my first mod I am attempting to port the Joshua Graham armor from New Vegas to Fallout 4. I need KG Tools to convert the pose to the skyrim pose so I can finish it in bodyslide but kgtools will not work. I really want this to go well but I can't even get the first step done. Is there and alternative to KG tools convert pose?

I have no idea about 3D stuff. But you are aware that porting assets from one Bethesda game to another is forbidden? Even if you did manage to do that, you could not upload it anywhere, as it would break the EULA or something like that. Just a heads-up. :thumbsup:

 

Edit: Unless whatever you are porting is something made by a user, and you have permission to port it. Porting Bethesda assets is forbidden.

 

Edit 2: And as to the issue, it is exactly what it says there: the command prompt cannot find an executable by that name in that path. You need to make sure the files are named correctly, and located in the corrects paths (where that batch file or something else you are running) expects them to be. Or you can change the paths in your batch file. Whatever works. I have never heard of that tool in question before, so I cannot be of any more assistance. Sorry.
