You still have to use that ball of jelly in your skull to figure out what mods should be loaded when, and know what mods do what to avoid serious conflicts. Mods loaded last will have priority over mods loaded first if there are minor conflicts. Mods with major conflicts will probably break regardless of how you have them loaded. For instance, you can never have more than one mod which affects races, hairs, or eyes. You should never use two mods that change the same settings, items, or npcs.
