Lordfire
I can't get Dead Money to work. When I go to the bunker, then to the room to go to Sierra Madre and the game crashes. Just it.I use the following mods:- Invisible Wall Remover (.esm, .bsa and .esp)- EVE (disabled by default, it crashes unexpectedly)- Clean Up New Vegas- Operation Fixed Terrain- Interior Lighting Overhaul, both for core game and Dead Money- Enhanced Blood (disabled by default, I didn't like it)- Realistic Weapon Damage- Pip-Boy Brighter Light- Perk Every Level- Less Screen Blood Time (comes with Enhanced Blood) I'm also using Poco Bueno V5 They are loaded in this exactly order, after FalloutNV.esm and Dead Money.esmI already tried disabling all of the mods, but it crashes the same way. I have the Steam version, the core game is DVD and the DLC was gifted via Steam. Also tried using tons of bugfixes patches, but nothing happens, only it makes the warning "Boone went back to Novac" delays a little more. Specifications:- Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition processor- ASUS M4A88T-V EVO motherboard- 2x 2GB Geil Value Plus 1333Mhz memory- ECS NVIDIA Geforce GTS 250 1GB It's WAY higher than the minimum specifications, so I think the problem is not here... Addition: I'm playing in hardcore mode. Edited July 20, 2011 by Lordfire
Lordfire
It was my save f***ed up. Now the SAME thing happens when I'm exiting Sierra Madre (I think), after the gold bars and using the terminal there, something starts loading but this f***ingly bad programmed game crashes again :/I fixed my save walking a little at the Mojave, doing some little side quests, getting banned from the casinos to get the achievement, ok, then tried again and it worked. But in this part I can do nothing. Even after completely uninstalling the game and all mods, then redownloading over 10 GB from scratch it doesn't work. GothikaGeist
Have you tried validating your files on Steam? Go to Steam, hit Games, Right-click Fallout NV and hit Verify/validate.
