Would like some help in a mod I'm creating

As the topic's title would suggest I would like some help in making a mod where you can build up your own faction and then truly have independence from the NCR and the Legion without being forced to do the main questline and thus ending your game. But I don't want to affect or mess with the main quest if I can help it though

 

What I'd like help on is a few things.

If someone can tell me how or point me towards an easy to understand tutorial on how to add normal dialogue for talking, not just for quest related conversations either.

If someone would be willing to help with scripts I'd be grateful. While I could try and learn it, I haven't found a good scripting tutorial that makes sense.

the problem wil be that the main quest line has a lot of trigers to end game faction choices so wil be hard to create a mod that triggers the end sequences without faction reliability like when u chose to kill house and contact yes men afther u get a punch in the face from ncr and legion.

I wasn't intending for the mod to ever intrude in the main quest until maybe it was completely finished then the main quest issue could be dealt with. You know, leave the most hard/annoying problem last.

maybe you want to take a look at the guide i am currently creating?

 

you would be making a companion using my step by step guide

It describes the very basics of scripting and makes a very small dialogue without ingame Quest.

 

Mind i am still editing it and it is a prerelease so your opinion would be appreciated
