Launching Fallout 4 from Nexus Mod Manager won't load mods

Whenever I launch the game with the Nexus Mod Manager, I click continue and it says the game will load without my mods, but they were selected in the manager before the game is launched. Did a recent update to the game break how the mod manager works with the game or something? ;-;

You need to disable your mods in NMM and then re-enable them in Bethesda's mod menu at least once.

Ah okay, I think I've found where Bethesda's mod menu is. Thing is, now it won't load my mods :( it just says loading mods and doesn't stop.

Try restarting the game again. That might help.

 

Also make sure your mods and NMM are up to date.

If some of them are not up to date, then will those not appear in Bethesda's mod menu?
