Targetting HUD active all the time

Hello,

 

After the newest FO4 updates and NMM changes it basically broke my game (CTD) so I re-installed my game and deactivated all the mods.

 

My game now has the targetting hud active all the time even when my character is naked. I figure this is from the west-tek goggles mod but i've tried installing, equipping and removing the toggles and yet the effect persists.

 

Berry Mentants gets the effect to go away until I re-load and then everyone has a red glow around them again.

 

Does anyone know how I can fix my savegame? I read there are some rimod commands that can get rid of night vision and scope bugs.. could one of the effect IDs work with removing the targetting hud? RIMOD <xxxxxxxx>?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
