Dynamic war campaign with territories

Now, what I'm wondering is if something similar could be created for this game. The warring factions can be the BOS, Minutemen, Railroad, and Institute of course, but given the models we have, there could be other options as well, such as the Enclave or Supermutants.

 

 

The mod has already been proven to be possible in a game that's five years old, so imagine what we could do in a modern iteration of the engine.
