I couldn't find a solution myself or at the very least intelligibly describe the problem. The thing is it appears that if I reinstall the game or reinstall or deinstall a plugin the sound in game becomes scratchy and laggy. There is some static clicks, NPC's and radio slutter, words repeating, voices and texts are unsynched, and everything seems to slow down a little. And what makes it even weirder is that somehow it affects internet videos in fullscreen mode where said static clicks also make their occurence. The only thing that I found work is reinstallation of operating system. Does anyone know how to fix it or what the hell it is? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
