Fable items mod

After searching for couple of hours, the only thing i can find related to any Fable items mod is the jack of blades mask and bunch of incoherent rambling about how cool it would to have etc... I am now asking because im sure that what i am asking for doesnt exist. What i am requesting is the stock weapons like the master and obsidian ones and a few of the legendary weapons too like Avo's tear and Cutlass Bluetane. Also much of the armor in game is excellent too, for example the platemail and the assassins gear. i know that some of this stuff may be extremely difficult to make models and meshes for, but i thought i would put the request out incase someone was up to the challenge!

in advance thanks for any and all consideration.

i was just thinking about the fact that one of the best parts of fable was all the cool and different weapons and armor you could collect, and thought that one of the coolest games ive ever played ( that being oblivion af course!) could only benefit from something like this, and that most mod users would like and use a mod like this.

Well after seeing some of the mods that have been done out there, i have become more and more motivated to attempt to do this my self, atleast the cutlass bluetane for now, i may try my hand at the fire assassin gear later. this is a question for some of veterans who might come across this request: Where is the best place to start? i was thinking about maybe using the existing texture from glass weapons, although the weapon has more of a marblized jade look to it, atleast in fable. and maybe after that, using the handle from the golden shortsword as they have a similar "barber shop pole" patern.

please be kind, as this kind of project really scares the hell out of me and i really dont know where to start, even though ive read alot of the tutorials.

thanks again for your time!

It doesn't matter if your no good with the CS, if you really want to do this you won't need to be. If you want to take up this project (which is a good idea, cause you've got better odds than waiting for someone to do it) you'll need to learn 3D moddeling. Get either Softimage XSI ModTool or Blender to make a model, then any decent bitmap editor (photoshop or paintshop pro) to make a texture. Good luck.

ModTool is free. Just do the tutorials. Then again. Once you've worked it out make a model, do it then send it to a someone with experience and they might make it a nif file for you. Goog luck.
