I download it and saved it in the oblivion folder but i cant sem to get it the house to appear in the game. When you start Oblivion, the Menu Box that first appears, has an entry named "Data Files". Select this to display your list of available esp files. The name of the downloaded mod must appear here and it's check-box ticked in order for it to work.
