Workbench issue

Yeah, you can add a trigger called "WorkshopSetOwnedTrigger" and link ref from the trigger to the workbench (no keyword needed).

i added the "WorkshopSetOwnedTrigger" and link ref it to the bench and I still get the same error. Do I need to clear any of the other link ref or keywords I had already set?

Did you walk through the trigger? It should run it's code after you walked through it. Make sure you're doing this. You can adjust trigger's size by toggling the [2] key.

What properties are set on the script on your workbench? (Note: Do NOT modify the base object for the workbench)
