I need someone that knows how to rear a papyrus error....

Oh I got a papyrus error, at this point I have no mods loaded in, I have them in the nexus mod manger and what not yeah but NOTING injected, the game is clean, the only edit in the game is just the 4:3 ratio fix and fallout4custom.ini mod load edit..... now than here's the papyrus read out.....
