Spawn NPC would not engage in dialogue with Player.

Hey guys, I used this

 

Game.GetPlayer().PlaceAtMe(kars,1,False,False,False)

 

to spawn a unique actor.

 

Kars = to the unique actor I want to spawn, that I succeed and I got the A.I to follow me to places and even do combat.

 

But I cannot initiate or force dialogue event. Can someone help?
