Need help figuring out install order

Not sure what happened, but my mods got all wonky (possibly because I added a new one without restarting from scratch, dunno). Tried a fresh reinstall, but got the same error. Using LOOT didn't seem to help, either. I figure the install order is the issue. I've tried a few different ones, but haven't had any luck. Off chance the more experienced modders than I could give me a right and proper install order?
